“When we decided in early June to leave Santa Fe, we put in place a high risk strategy of buying first and selling second. And in the challenging Santa Fe real estate market, the chance of being on the market for many days, weeks or months is quite high. We entered into a contract on June 24 to buy a home in Arizona. When we first met with you on July 11, we outlined our selling strategy of being on the market in the shortest possible time. You pored over the many real estate listings that represented competition for our property. (Six dozen, as I remember.)
